Commission information
1. I have the right to decline any request.
2. When commissioning me it is your responsibility to ensure that you have given me all the relevant information about your commission.
3. I require a clear visual reference of your character(s), or a detailed description when asking for a character design.
4. I have the right to use the commission for promotional purposes. Unless you specify that you don't want your commission used.
5. You’re expected to be able for me to contact until your commission is finished so that I may update you accordingly to get your approval as the piece progresses, and so that I may be able to deliver your commission according to the projected deadline.Payment and refund policy
1. a 25% non-refundable deposit is required before beginning the commission.
2. payment through Vgen, Ko-fi, or Paypal.
3. If you are not happy with the sketch portion after revisions, you do not have to continue with the commission. cancelling your commission it must be done before you make the payment; I do not accept refunds.Rights to the art
1. Claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited
2. Please credit me as the artist if you choose to post the commissioned work on other websites or use it as a profile picture.
3. The use commissioned items for NFT or AI purposes is strictly prohibited.Process and delivery
1. I will send sketches with a watermark to confirm if you are satisfied with the sketch or want any change.
2. Once the sketch portion is completed, I will send updates along each step to assure satisfaction.
3. You are allowed 3 major revisions free of charge, afterwards you will be charged an extra 10% per modification.
- changes in colour do not count towards the three revisions.
- for YCH commissions, you cannot request major revisions, I will however accept feedback.
4. Wait time may take from a week to as long as a month depending on the commission and other circumstances. I will always try to finish as soon as possible and will communicate if any delays.
5. The finished illustration without watermark will be delivered once payment is completed.
